The site is accessible to all Internet users and allows you to order COSMOS Organic-certified organic hair products online.

2. Purpose and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) - Pipeska

The GTCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales made on the site.
By validating his/her order, the Buyer expressly accepts these GCS, in force at the time of the order, without reservation.

3. Products

      • Pipeska products are certified organic natural hair cosmetics.

      • Photographs and descriptions are provided for information only.

      • The essential characteristics are shown on each product sheet.

4. Pipeska conditions of sale - Prices and payment

      • Prices are quoted in euros, VAT included for consumers, excl. VAT for professionalsexcluding delivery costs.

      • Delivery costs are added to the price indicated.

      • Payment is due immediately on ordering by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue) or PayPal (secure STRIPE).

      • Pipeska reserves the right to modify its prices or its catalogue at any time, the prices applied being those in force at the time of validation of the order.

5. Control

      • Any order implies acceptance of these GCS.

      • Pipeska can refuse an order in case of existing dispute, suspicion of fraud or abnormal order.

      • The Buyer selects his/her products, adds them to the basket and clicks on "Confirm and pay for my order".

6. Pipeska terms of sale - Delivery 

      • Products are delivered in mainland France and the European Union.

      • The deadlines are given for information only and may vary depending on the carrier.

      • The Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and contents upon delivery and report any problems to Pipeska and the carrier. within 48 hours following receipt.

      • For Professionals, the risks associated with transport are transferred as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal in accordance with Pipeska conditions of sale (B2C)

      • In accordance with the Consumer Code, customers have the right to 14 days to exercise its right of withdrawal.

      • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

      • Attention this right does not apply to professionals.

8. Legal warranties

      • Guarantee of conformity Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

      • Guarantee against hidden defects Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

9. Limitation of liability

      • Use Pipeska is not responsible for any use that does not comply with the product recommendations.

10. Force majeure

11. Returns and refunds

      • No returns will be accepted for opened or used products (hygiene).

      • Refunds are made within 14 days following receipt of compliant products.

      • If a product is unavailable, the Buyer may cancel the order and obtain a refund.

12. Protection of personal data

      • The information collected is required to process orders and is confidential.

      • The Buyer may access, modify or delete his/her data at serviceclient@pipeska.fr

      • Data is kept for the time required to process the order and to meet legal obligations.

      • The Buyer may lodge a complaint with the CNIL if necessary.

18. Provisions specific to sales to professionals

18.1 Scope of application

These provisions apply to professional customers (hairdressers, distributors, retailers).

18.2 No right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to not to Professionals.

18.3 Orders and pricing conditions

      • Prices are exclusive of VAT.

      • Discounts and special conditions are established by contract, quotation or written agreement.

      • Pipeska can refuse any abnormal order or any order made in bad faith.

18.4 Payment and late payment

      • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the order is placed.

      • Late payment: penalties = 3 times the legal interest rate + fixed penalty of €40 (art. L441-10 and D441-5 C. commerce).

18.5 Transfer of risk

The risks associated with transport (loss, damage, theft) are transferred as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.

18.6 Retention of title clause

Products remain the property of Pipeska until full payment, even after delivery.
